Why is my temporary passcode not accepted?
You may have accidentally pasted a space after the code. Or you may have been emailed a more resent code if you have attempted several times.
I still receive an error even though my account has been re-enabled. What do I do?

My User Name is not accepted, what am I doing wrong?
Make sure you type in only your User Name and not your email address. For external users, do not include “/external” before your username.
